• What is White Passage™?

White Passage is a structured process for finding your way again after something happens that leaves you unsure what to believe, what matters, or what to do next.

The goal is not to erase what happened or tell you what decision to make.

It is to help you understand what shattered, regain your bearings, find a direction grounded in reality, and begin moving toward the Far Side.

  • What kinds of situations is White Passage for?

White Passage currently focuses on five common kinds of Shattering:

    🧭 betrayal and affair trauma

🧭 trauma and major life disruption

🧭 career collapse and business failure

    🧭 identity crisis

    🧭 faith and purpose

The events can look very different.

The deeper problem is often the same:

the old map no longer tells you where you are or what to do next.

  • How do I know if I’m in the Abyss?

The Abyss is more than going through a difficult time.

You may be in the Abyss when what happened has left you questioning things you previously relied on to understand your life.

    You may find yourself asking:

    What is actually true?

    What can I trust?

What does this mean about me?

    What matters now?

    Which way is forward?

A difficult situation becomes an Abyss when it takes your sense of direction with it.

  • Is White Passage therapy?

    No.

Therapy can be valuable for mental health, trauma treatment, relationships, emotional health, grief, and many other needs.

White Passage is a non-clinical navigation process focused on understanding what happened, separating reality from fear and assumption, recovering what matters, exploring your options, and finding a path forward.

The two can also work alongside each other.

  • Is White Passage coaching?

    Not in the usual sense.

White Passage is not primarily about goals, motivation, accountability, performance, or becoming a better version of yourself.

    The first problem is orientation.

Before asking where you want to go, we establish where you are, what changed, what is true now, and what still matters.

  • Will you tell me what I should do?

    No.

A White Passage Navigator helps you establish position, ask better questions, identify reliable reference points, examine your options, and test a direction.

But the Navigator does not choose the destination.

    You are the captain.

  • What happens during the 90-day White Passage?

The program follows a nine-stage journey:

    Shattering → Abyss → Jettison → Position → Compass → Bearings → Course → White Passage → Far Side

Over 90 days, you work through the passage using private Navigation Sessions, the Captain’s Log, your White Passage Survey, and tools chosen for your particular situation.

The process ends with Landfall: a clearer understanding of where you are and what direction you are prepared to take next.

  • What do I actually receive?

    Your White Passage includes:

    🧭 White Passage Survey

    🧭 9 private Navigation Sessions

    🧭 Captain’s Log with 33 guided entries

    🧭 final Landfall Letter

🧭 Navigator’s Instruments chosen for your situation

    🧭 between-session guidance

    🧭 Landfall Plan

There is a passage we are working through together.

It is not simply a series of conversations.

  • What is the Captain’s Log?

The Captain’s Log is your personal guide through the passage.

Its 33 guided entries help you work through what shattered, why you ended up in the Abyss, what needs to be released, where you are now, what matters, what direction makes sense, and what happens as you begin testing that direction against real life.

You are not simply reading about White Passage.

You are recording your own crossing.

  • What are Navigator’s Instruments?

Navigator’s Instruments are practical tools chosen for the particular problem you are working through.

Someone dealing with betrayal may need timeline reconstruction and unanswered-question work.

Someone recovering from career collapse may need financial reality mapping, capability review, and career-option testing.

Someone facing a faith crisis may need to separate beliefs, expectations, assumptions, and unresolved questions.

The journey is structured. The tools are personal.

  • What are the Navigation Sessions?

Navigation Sessions are private one-on-one meetings during your 90-day White Passage.

Each session has a purpose within the larger journey.

We may reconstruct what happened, examine assumptions, establish your current position, identify what still matters, explore possible directions, or review what reality is showing you as you move.

They are not simply nine unrelated conversations.

  • What is the Far Side?

The Far Side is the point where you are no longer fundamentally lost.

You may not have every answer.

The pain may not be completely gone.

Your future may not be fully built.

But you understand where you are, what matters, what direction you are taking, and how to check your bearings when conditions change.

The Far Side is where rebuilding can begin.

  • What is Landfall?

Landfall is the closing threshold of White Passage.

You have crossed far enough that the next life is no longer merely theoretical.

You have a direction you can see and begin building toward.

White Passage does not build that next life for you.

It gets you to ground you can begin building on.

  • What if I fit more than one category?

    That is common.

A business failure can create financial pressure, identity loss, relationship strain, and a crisis of faith.

A betrayal can affect marriage, identity, trust, purpose, and the way you see yourself.

You do not need to fit neatly into one box.

The category helps us understand the storm that brought you here.

Your White Passage is built around your actual situation.

  • What if I’m not ready to make a big decision?

That may be exactly when White Passage is most useful.

You do not need to know whether you are staying, leaving, rebuilding, changing careers, changing beliefs, or starting over.

The purpose of the passage is to help you become clear enough to make those decisions from a more grounded place.

  • What if I never get complete certainty?

You probably will not have complete certainty about everything.

White Passage does not promise perfect proof, total control, or a future without uncertainty.

The goal is to reach the clearest understanding the available reality can support—and learn how to move responsibly from there.

  • What happens if I have a difficult week during the White Passage?

    That is expected.

Life does not become calm simply because you have found a direction.

Fear can return. Grief can return. Something may go wrong. Something unexpectedly good may happen.

One of the central lessons of White Passage is:

Feeling disoriented is not always the same thing as losing your orientation.

We check the map before assuming you are back in the Abyss.

  • What happens after the 90 days?

The 90-day White Passage ends when you reach the Far Side with a clearer understanding of what happened, what matters now, and the direction you want to take.

But reaching the Far Side does not mean every part of your life is finished or every challenge disappears.

For those who want continued support, The Far Side is an ongoing 1:1 program designed to help you keep your bearings while you begin building what comes next.

You can continue working privately with Thomas Minieri as new decisions, setbacks, opportunities, and changes arise.

White Passage helps you find the path. The Far Side helps you keep walking it.
